The Truth About Narcissism in a Picture

Today's post summarises the difference between what we see from the outside of a narcissistic relations, how the narcissist interacts with those around them and what is really happening inside.

The two are polar opposites, but their 'world image' is necessary for them to get what they need and crave: status, possessions, ideal partner, endless attention, adulation, praise, envy and jealousy.

Once they have secured what they need, the narcissist moves on to their next 'project,' leaving confused and devalued individuals in their wake, along with destroyed families, homes, businesses, communities and ultimately, society.

If we can educate ourselves, learn how to recognise a narcissist and aware of how they act and what they want, we can take steps to protect ourselves and others against them.
